Daniela C. Marchelletta
Daniela C. Marchelletta is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of the University of Michigan where she received her Bachelor of Arts degree. She later earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Michigan. While in law school,
Ms. Marchelletta served as Associate Editor of the Michigan Journal of Race and Law. Her experience aiding those in need began while in law school, where she represented clients of the Child Advocacy Law Clinic.
Ms. Marchelletta first worked with Sackett and Associates in 2008 as a summer associate. She rejoined Sackett and Associates after graduating from law school.
Ms. Marchelletta is a member of the bars of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, and the State Bar of California.
